How can I create an account on etiquett-essentials.com

Creating an account is very easy. Click on "My Account" in the upper right corner, fill in your first and last name and set a password. You can also create an account during the ordering process, where you will be given the option to save your details with your email address and a password.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. For questions about your shipment, you can always contact us.

How do I reset my password?

Forgotten your password? Click on the "Forgotten password" button when logging in. You will receive an email with a link that allows you to easily set a new password.

What are the benefits of creating an account?

With an account, you can easily and quickly shop on our website. It offers you a safe and convenient way to order and stores important information, such as your order history, billing address and shipping address. In addition, you can track your orders. Thanks to your password, your account and the stored information remain accessible only to you.

Shipping information

Which countries does etiquett-essentials.com ship to?

Our online store offers international shipping. The list of available destinations can be viewed via the "Country" menu during checkout. For additional questions, please contact our customer service at info@etiquettessentials.com.

Will my order be delivered free of charge?

ETIQUETT offers free standard shipping on orders over €150. Please note: free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

What is the delivery time of my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 2-4 business days after the shipping confirmation email has been sent. During peak sales periods, high order volumes may result in longer delivery times.

Has my order been shipped?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. With this number you can fully track your package via the carrier's website. For further questions you can always contact the carrier or our customer service.

What can I do if I have not received my order?

We kindly request that you file a claim with the carrier and contact our customer service at info@etiquettessentials.com . Please note that claims regarding delivery must be submitted within 14 business days* from the date of delivery of the package.

*After this period we will no longer be able to process lost orders.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All products can be returned within 14 days after the date of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging (undamaged, unused, including all accessories and dust bag). Returns will only be accepted if the pre-paid label provided has been used.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not currently offer an exchange service. If you would like to exchange a product, you can return it for a refund and then place a new order.

How do I return my order?

Are there any costs associated with returning my order?

All returns within the Netherlands cost €6.95. Use the pre-paid label provided in your package to send your return.

For returns from other European countries a rate of €9.95 applies.

When will I receive the refund for my order?

Your order will be refunded within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g. worn or damaged). The amount will be refunded directly to the payment method used for the original purchase.

What should I do if my package arrived damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service . Take clear photos of the damaged package and keep it for possible inspection by our carrier.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately upon receipt. Make sure to report any defects within 7 days of receiving the order.

Payments

What are the available payment methods?

ETIQUETT accepts the following payment methods: credit cards and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). In addition, you can pay via payment apps such as IDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay and Android Pay. Your payment is processed securely by our trusted financial partners.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice is available in your account under the "Order History" tab. If you placed your order as a guest, you will receive the invoice as an attachment in your order confirmation email.
