Forgotten your password? Click on the "Forgotten password" button when logging in. You will receive an email with a link that allows you to easily set a new password.

Shipping information

ETIQUETT offers free standard shipping on orders over €150. Please note: free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.
Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days after the shipping confirmation has been sent by email. During busy sales periods, a high volume of orders may lead to longer delivery times.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. With this number, you can fully track your package via the carrier's website. For further questions, you can always contact the carrier or our customer service .
We kindly request that you file a claim with the carrier and contact our customer service at info@etiquettet-essentials.com . Please note that claims regarding delivery must be submitted within 14 business days* from the date of delivery of the package.
*After this period we will no longer be able to process lost orders.
Returns & Exchanges
All products can be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging (undamaged, unused, including all accessories, packing slip, and dust bag).

Your order will be refunded within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g. worn or damaged). The amount will be refunded directly to the payment method used for the original purchase.
If your package is delivered damaged, please contact our customer service. Take clear photos of the damaged package and keep them for possible inspection by our carrier.
